Gys is looking for a head chef to lead our creative & energetic kitchen team in Utrecht! Are you enthusiastic about (plant-based and gluten-free) cooking? Do you have kitchen experience, or are you a sous-chef ready for the next step? We are excited to welcome you to our team!

✨ What will you do?
You lead the team and oversee the creation of dishes. You ensure quality, efficiency, and a smooth workflow in the kitchen.
✔️ Lead and inspire the kitchen team in a positive work environment
✔️ Develop creative menus and seasonal dishes that align with our vision
✔️ Oversee daily kitchen operations from mise-en-place to presentation
✔️ Optimize workflows for efficiency and consistency
✔️ Train and motivate kitchen staff for continuous growth
✔️ Manage stock levels and minimize waste
✔️ Ensure hygiene and safety standards (HACCP)
