As our Manager, you’ll oversee restaurant operations, including staff management, hospitality, and daily business. You'll also engage in hands-on service, ensuring a cosy dining experience for our guests. This role is as varied as it is dynamic!⁠

✅ Are enthusiastic, open-minded, proactive, and above all, friendly⁠
✅ Think in solutions⁠
✅ Enjoy working with a team and leadership comes naturally to you⁠
✅ Love (plant-based, organic, and gluten-free) food and drinks⁠
✅ Have a passion for sustainable, plant-based food (a little or a lot!)⁠
✅ Have experience in hospitality, ideally in a busy setting⁠
✅ Live in or near Utrecht⁠
✅ Speak English (Dutch is a plus)⁠
