If you’ve visited Gys in the past, you might know that everything on our menu was gluten-free except for the bread. We have good news: we are now completely gluten-free! We only have a few beers and oat milk that contain gluten. Of course, we also have gluten-free beer and (plant-based) milk without gluten.


In out kitchen we <\/span>no longer process gluten.<\/b><\/p>\n

The bread we now serve as standard is gluten-free. Gys was inspected and audited by the NCV in February 2024. As a result, we have received the <\/span>\u2018Lekker Glutenvrij\u2019<\/span><\/a> Gys was inspected and audited by the NCV in February 2024, and we are proud to announce that we have earned the ‘Lekker Glutenvrij’ certificate. This certification confirms that we meet all the safety standards and protocols set by the NCV for gluten-free food. It means that our restaurant is a safe dining option for people with celiac disease. Restaurants with the ‘Lekker Glutenvrij’ certificate are regularly inspected by the NCV and undergo annual evaluations by an independent audit firm.<\/p>\n
