Ten years ago, Gys opened its doors on the Amsterdamsestraatweg. Since then, we’ve grown into a beloved spot in the neighborhood for plant-based food, organic coffee, community initiatives, and most of all: enjoying good company around the table. And that calls for a celebration!
What to expect?
From 4:30 PM, you are warmly welcome to join us for an open house (until 7:30 PM) on the terrace of Gys ASW. Upon arrival, we’ll treat you to a festive welcome cocktail to set the mood right away. After that, you can enjoy unlimited servings from our plant-based BBQ.
Our chefs are going all out with a menu full of summer classics, all served with a Gys twist. Think of:
Grilled vegetable skewers with flavorful herb marinades
Smokey barbecue tofu
Homemade sauces and pickles
Refreshing tangy salads with surprising ingredients
Herb spreads and other small extras
And of course, a few specials you’ll only get to taste on this evening!
Everything is 100% plant-based and organic, and just as you expect from us: homemade with love.
Music, good vibes and sunshine!
No celebration is complete without music: a live band will bring summery vibes to our terrace. Expect a laid-back atmosphere, beautiful melodies, and tunes that add just the right extra touch to the evening.
Whether you come by with friends, family, or neighbors, there’s plenty of space to taste, catch up, and celebrate together.
