Gys is looking for a floor manager (vacancy)

Are you a natural leader with a passion for hospitality and great service? At Gys, we’re looking for a floor manager to strengthen our team and ensure smooth daily operations on the restaurant floor. As a floor manager, you are the point of contact during the shift, coaching your colleagues and creating a positive atmosphere for both guests and the team.

Your responsibilities:

• Leading the front-of-house team and maintaining oversight during the shift.

• Coaching and training new and existing team members to help them grow in their roles.

• Ensuring smooth coordination between service, kitchen, and bar.

• Fostering team spirit and creating a warm, supportive atmosphere – even during peak hours.

• Representing and sharing Gys’ values with enthusiasm and authenticity.

• Monitoring service quality and stepping in where needed to ensure an outstanding guest experience.

We are looking for:

• Experience in hospitality and confidence in a leadership role.

• Strong communication skills, a hands-on mindset, and the ability to motivate others.

• You remain calm and organized, even when it gets busy.

• You are available for at least 30 hours per week, including evenings and one weekend day.

• You have a passion for hospitality and strive to create the best possible guest experience.
