Recipe: Bliss Balls

Sweet, healthy and delicious!
We love bliss balls! These delicious balls are the perfect combination between sweet and healthy, are easy to make and even easier to take with you to avoid hangriness! Perfect to have with you at all times. We made you an easy version of our beloved bliss balls, including a little extra protein for all you hungry vegans

What you need for the bliss balls:

– 1 1/2 cups Medjool dates
– 1/2 tsp salt
– 5 tablespoons of natural peanut butter
– Vanilla extract to taste
– 6 tbsp organic cocoa powder
– pinch of cinnamon
– Grated coconut

* Keep extras on hand, you may need a little extra to get the right consistency.

How to make the bliss balls:

Put all ingredients except the coconut in the food processor. Run the food processor until the mix has a smooth, clay-like substance (smooth and malleable like clay). You may need to occasionally stir the mix yourself in between grinding, or add some extra dates or cocoa to get a smooth mixture. Take your time.

Remove the mixture from the food processor and roll into nice bite-sized balls. Then roll the balls in the grated coconut until coated. Put the Bliss Balls in a glass jar and store them dry and cool.
