Restaurant
You can visit Gys seven days a week for breakfast, lunch, dinner and for drinks! We are open 7 days a week from 10.00 to 22.30. Our kitchen closes at 9:30 p.m. every day.
We are closed on: Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day.
Our team loves animals, and so do dogs! However, we do prefer it if dogs stay neatly by the table, do not bark loudly or run through the restaurant or across our terrace.
Both Gys locations are in an old and same-floor building. Our Voorstraat location is often busier and has a small restroom with a step. Therefore, we recommend our Amsterdamsestraatweg location. This location is more spacious and has a large restroom. We unfortunately do not have a dedicated wheelchair toilet.
If you joined Gys for dinner a few years back, you may remember that the acoustics were not very nice. At the beginning of 2023, we renovated and improved the acoustics of both our restaurants. Looking for a quieter location? Then we recommend Gys at the Amsterdamsestraatweg.
Gys is a lively restaurant and can get noisy at busy times, such as weekend nights.

We are familiar with and aware of most allergies and diets and will always do our best to accommodate them. Because allergens are processed in our kitchen, our restaurant is unfortunately not allergen-free. If you click here, you can view our allergenlist.
